Before initiating a formal dispute, customers must contact our support team to attempt resolution.

Most issues are resolved within 72 hours.
Both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve disputes through:
Email communication
Phone support
Review of order documentation
Review of proof approval or design files
If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to non-binding mediation before any legal action is taken.
Mediation will occur in Los Angeles County, California, unless both parties agree otherwise.
Costs of mediation will be shared equally.
If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, CA
Each party is responsible for their own legal fees
Customers agree that:
Claims must be brought individually
Class-action lawsuits are not permitted
Consolidated actions are not permitted
The following may still proceed in court:
Claims relating to trademark, copyright, or intellectual property
Claims eligible for small claims court
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California.
