Big Game Apparel specializes in custom, made-to-order products, including full-sublimation jerseys, uniforms, and personalized apparel. Because each item is created specifically for the customer, certain restrictions apply.
Custom products cannot be returned or refunded unless:
The item arrives damaged
The item contains a manufacturing defect
The product received does not match the approved design proof
We cannot accept returns for:
Incorrect sizing due to customer measurements
Design changes after approval
Normal wear and tear
Slight color variations (normal in sublimation processes)
Before production, customers receive a digital mockup.
Once approved, no changes can be made.
Production begins immediately after approval.
If you believe your item is incorrect or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the issue
Description of the problem

We will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
Because items are custom, exchanges are only available if:
The wrong size was produced due to our error
The wrong design or name/number was printed due to our error
If the customer selected the incorrect size when ordering, we cannot exchange it.
Non-custom items (such as hats, accessories, or branded merchandise) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days, unworn and in original packaging.
Return shipping for approved issues is covered by Big Game Apparel.
For general non-custom returns, the customer is responsible for shipping.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
