3. Custom Designs & User Submissions
When uploading artwork or customization details, you confirm:
You have rights to use the content
It does not infringe any copyright or trademark
You grant Big Game Apparel permission to print your submitted design solely for your order
We reserve the right to refuse designs containing:
Hate speech
Offensive or obscene imagery
Copyrighted material without permission
4. Order Process
Orders are considered complete when:
The customer submits a design request
A digital proof is provided by Big Game Apparel
The customer approves the digital proof
After approval, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and payment gateways (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).
6. Production Timeline
Most custom orders require 3–5 weeks for production. Delays may occur during:
Holidays
High-volume seasons
Complex team orders
Production begins only after design approval.
7. Limitation of Liability
Big Game Apparel is not liable for:
Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
Normal wear and tear
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Disruption due to events beyond our control
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access for any violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
